At Dyulokha, a global lifestyle brand, we’re looking for a dynamic leader to head our Retail & Ecommerce Operations. This role will oversee the strategic and operational management of our physical stores and digital platforms, ensuring seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and sustained business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Operations
- Lead and manage day-to-day store operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to SOPs, compliance, and brand standards.
- Drive sales performance, footfall growth, and customer engagement across stores.
- Oversee inventory planning, allocation, and replenishment to maximize availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Monitor store P&L, margins, and operational costs while improving profitability.
- Implement training programs and performance reviews for retail teams to drive productivity.
Ecommerce Operations
- Manage and optimize Shopify store operations, catalog management, merchandising, and conversion funnels.
- Oversee online order fulfillment, logistics, and last-mile delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive digital sales growth through promotions, omnichannel strategies, and seamless integration with retail stores.
- Ensure accurate stock sync between ecommerce and retail channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall retail and ecommerce growth strategy aligned with the brand vision.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across retail and digital operations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Foster an omnichannel culture, ensuring consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in retail operations, ecommerce, or omnichannel management.
- Proven expertise in P&L ownership, inventory management, and sales growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify / ecommerce platforms, retail SOPs, and customer experience best practices.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
