Job Role
The objective of this function is to achieve the target sales number of the car sales through the direct supervision and continuous follow-up of the performance of his subordinates directly and to work on the immediate solution to any problems of professional and career that may occur.
Provide leadership expertise in providing efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies, Development and Grow a profitable regional sale, while cultivating key relationships to support sustainable growth, capacity, and commercial business.
Strengthen and grow client and partner base and maintain surveillance on market conditions, emerging opportunities, and risks. This is a hybrid role, in which the incumbent will own key customers and strategic automotive partners relationship, develop and implement the company’s marketing, public relations, manage and oversee all sales activities in the assigned country/region with the overall aim of achieving sales and marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities

Attend car shows to see all that is new in this area and at the same time to get a close look at the advantages offered by competitors and their prices.

Carrying out any additional work related to the nature of the work when needed or based on instructions and orders of action issued to him by the direct manager.

Determine the work plans periodically (daily - weekly - monthly) for self & sales representatives and clarify the volume of sales required to be achieved by each of them.

Develop and evaluate the performance of his subordinates directly and permanently.

Developing the existing customer base by attracting new customers and developing a business plan for field visits to these prospective clients, whether individuals or companies.

Ensure the permanent maintenance at a decent level, both in terms of the general appearance of sales representatives and the presentation of cars and reflects the positive mental image of the company's customers.

Permanent and continuous coordination between the sales representatives directly affiliated with him and the officials of the car control and the delivery section of the cars.

Provide presentation of these work plans to the direct president to follow up the results of business.

Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex potential accounts to build key relationships at local and national levels.

Develop a personal network of senior managers within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence, and enhance its reputation.

Evaluate the capabilities of staff within department to identify gaps/prioritize development activities. Implement formal development frameworks within the area of responsibility.

Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the business area or department.

Lead the development and implementation of strategy for an important area of responsibility within a function, anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities and ensuring integration with wider functional strategy.

Review and authorize complex sales proposals from team members that deviate from standard terms, escalating issues to senior management where appropriate.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system within the area of responsibility, identifying and communicating opportunities for system improvement that may enhance the management of customer relationships.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in commerce or Equivalent is preferable
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
8 – 10 Experience in the management of an automotive technical business or in a business that offers fully comprehensive services in the automotive industry.
Proven history of technical experience in the field of customer relationship management.
Minimum Experience:

Previous experience within 4 years of actual work in the sale.
