We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Store front Sales Executive (F) experienced in Gold Jewellery industry to join our Retail Jewellery division located in Qatar.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in the Jewellery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and market dynamics.
• Ability to quickly learn about our jewellery products and convey their features to clients.
• A passion for sales and building strong client relationships.
• Any degree or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
• Listen to customers' needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve them to their satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

• Acquire a deep understanding of the products available in the store.
• Stay updated on stocks and pricing.

Sales and Promotion:

• Actively engaged in selling products to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Promote ongoing store promotions, discounts, and special offers.

Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collect customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Compliance and Policies:

• Adhere to company policies.
