Job Title: Retail Manager - Resort Stores

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 - 18,000 + commission

We are working with a growing fashion retail group representing a portfolio of mid-to-high-end European leisurewear, loungewear, and swimwear brands. With prime locations across Dubai and an expanding presence in Saudi Arabia, the company is scaling fast while retaining a family-run, entrepreneurial culture.

The Retail Manager will oversee a cluster of resort-focused boutiques and pop-ups, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer experiences, and consistent sales growth. The role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for fashion retail who thrives in-store and can coach and motivate retail teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of resort and selected mall-based boutiques.
• Manage and mentor store managers, ensuring KPI achievement and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance and develop initiatives to drive revenue.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and in-store experiences.
• Implement visual merchandising and seasonal retail campaigns.
• Coordinate with brand managers and merchandising team on stock needs and allocations.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management, ideally within fashion, swimwear, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stores and teams.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, approachable style.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Flexible, hands-on attitude and passion for delivering outstanding retail experiences.
