Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Manager to lead strategic and day-to-day operations across our retail network in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for optimizing store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and driving alignment with the company’s commercial objectives across all locations.

Note: Only candidates residing in KSA with relevant retail management experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all retail operations across 55–60 stores to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
  • Review financial performance and P&L reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Merchandise Manager to optimize store layouts, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Drive execution of retail initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns to enhance overall store performance.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach store leadership teams to strengthen operational capabilities and ensure succession readiness.
  • Ensure effective implementation of company policies, processes, and performance standards across all retail locations.
  • Manage budgets, manpower planning, and operational scheduling to support business objectives and maximize efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor stock control and loss prevention measures, ensuring compliance with company procedures and achieving inventory targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Retail, Retail Management, or Business Management.
  • 10–12 years of progressive retail experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-location operations, preferably within the GCC.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale retail networks and achieving commercial objectives.
