Key Responsibilities

  • Plan product assortment and ensure each store receives the correct quantities based on sales trends and store performance.
  • Monitor stock levels daily and coordinate replenishment to avoid overstock or stockouts.
  • Analyze sales reports, best-sellers, slow-movers, and seasonal patterns to make merchandising decisions.
  • Coordinate with the Buying/Planning team on new collections, allocations, and transfers.
  • Visit stores regularly to check display standards, price accuracy, and stock distribution.
  • Work closely with Store Managers to understand customer demand and operational challenges.
  • Suggest product transfers between branches to balance inventory and increase sell-through.
  • Follow up on promotions, markdowns, and store events to ensure correct implementation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising performance reports.
  • Support new store openings with initial product loading and planograms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in merchandising, inventory control, or retail operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and stock data.
  • Excellent knowledge of retail operations and fashion/product cycles.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting).
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus (Odoo, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stores.
