We are seeking a commercially driven Retail Operations & HORECA Manager to lead distribution growth, account development, and revenue expansion.

This is a field based commercial role responsible for strengthening our presence across supermarkets, hypermarkets, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Modern Trade Growth

• Drive sales growth across supermarkets and hypermarkets.

• Initiate and manage sales orders during field visits.

• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely processing and delivery.

• Track sales performance by account and channel.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers.

• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new accounts.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising standards and pricing.

HORECA Channel Development

• Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering groups.

• Secure supply agreements and long term partnerships.

• Position Skydrops as a premium menu offering within hospitality accounts.

• Identify seasonal, event based, and activation opportunities.

Who you are :

You have experience in retail, FMCG, HORECA and merchandising.

Proficiency in ERP tools.

You have a Qatar driving license.

You’re already in Qatar and ready to start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
