Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is required.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail management software and business processes.
