Retail Operations Manager

At Genius HR Tech, we are hiring a Retail Operations Manager for Luxury Retails in Dubai. Candidates from retail and based out of Dubai are encouraged to apply.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Sales: Driving sales performance, developing and implementing localized retail strategies, and supporting sales promotions to drive store-level business growth.
• Retail Hygiene: Ensuring compliance with store operating and customer service standards, maintaining retail hygiene standards, and monitoring store appearance and visual merchandising.
• Retail Staffing: Managing staff performance, providing adequate staffing, and ensuring conformance to standard operating procedures.
• Inventory/Stock: Controlling inventory and stock turnover, and ordering stock.
• Reporting and Coordination: Providing feedback to management, reporting and analysis, and liaising with mall management and contractors.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related disciplines, with 6 to 8 years of experience in managing retail sales operations. They should possess strong business and commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and effective people management skills.
