We are super stockist of spare parts of almost all two wheeler and four wheeler companies in India like Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hyundai etc. We are dealing in automobile industry from last 40 years with headquarter located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Department:- Retail Store - Spare Parts / After-Sales

We are seeking for a candidate who must have *native or permanent resident of Lucknow* and who is responsible to lead, plan and manage the overall retail operations of the two-wheeler spare parts business—covering OEM and Non-OEM product lines. The role ensures strategic growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across all retail outlets or branches.

Job role and responsibilities:-

1. Business Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement business strategies for retail spare parts operations (OEM and aftermarket).
  • Plan annual sales, revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets and partnerships.
  • Drive digital transformation in retail operations (e-commerce, CRM, and inventory systems).

2. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve sales, profit and growth objectives across all retail points.
  • Formulate pricing strategies and discount structures to balance competitiveness and margin.
  • Drive cross-selling of accessories and consumables.
  • Monitor sales performance, trends, and customer behavior to optimize operations.

3. Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee procurement, stock levels and supply chain efficiency across all outlets.
  • Ensure availability of fast-moving parts while minimizing dead stock.
  • Streamline logistics, warehousing and distribution processes.
  • Implement effective stock audits, reorder systems and ERP-based tracking.

4. Vendor & OEM Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors and aftermarket suppliers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, supply agreements and service-level commitments.
  • Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to OEM standards and branding guidelines (for authorized dealers).

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead a team of regional / store managers, counter executives and warehouse staff.
  • Define clear KPIs and performance standards for the retail team.
  • Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer handling.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

6. Customer Service & Experience

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across all retail points.
  • Address escalations and implement feedback mechanisms for service improvement.
  • Promote loyalty programs, retention strategies, and complaint resolution frameworks.

7. Financial Management & Controls

  • Oversee P&L responsibility for the retail spare parts division.
  • Monitor operating expenses, gross margins, and profitability metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage credit control and minimize outstanding dues.

8. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present business performance reports to top management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making and performance dashboards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

  • Total retail parts sales & growth (OEM + Non-OEM).
  • Gross profit margin, Inventory turnover & stock accuracy.
  • Customer satisfaction / NPS, Market share growth, Cost efficiency and operational compliance.

Eligibility criteria to apply:-

Work Experience and qualification:-

  • Min 5–6 years of experience in spare parts retail management (two-wheeler industry).
  • Proven experience managing multi-outlet operations or dealership networks.
  • Strong understanding of two-wheeler spare parts (OEM & aftermarket).
  • Exposure to ERP / DMS systems and retail automation tools.
  • Bachelor's / Master's in Business, Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field.

Preferred Backgrounds:-

  • Senior roles in two-wheeler OEM dealerships (Royal Enfeild, Honda, TVS,).
  • Experience in aftermarket / multi-brand retail chains (e.g., Motul, Castrol, Bosch, Ucal).
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C spare parts operations.

  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Financial and P&L management expertise.
  • Ability to lead large teams and drive performance.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP / CRM software.

Job Location:- Transport nagar, Lucknow

Salary:- Rs.35,000-37,000/- pm (Not negotiable) + benefits
