Retail Refrigeration Supervisor

The Role
Our client is a Top-tier Dubai-based facilities management service provider. They are looking for someone to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems across multiple retail locations. This role ensures all refrigeration equipment is operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The supervisor manages a team of refrigeration technicians, coordinates service schedules, and partners with store management and third-party contractors to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma - Extensive experience in retail or commercial refrigeration maintenance and repair - Experience in retail environments such as grocery, convenience, or big box stores - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple retail sites.
