Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
• Manage stock arrangement and basic inventory checks
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints politely

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
• Immediate joiner required
