Marginfree Mattresses, Aluva, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to recommend the best sleep solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right mattress and accessories.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance.
• Maintain showroom displays in an attractive and organized manner.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only.
• Age below 30 years.
• Prior experience in the mattress or furniture sector preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a retail showroom environment.
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented attitude.
