Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
- Provide after-sales support including repairs, resizing, and cleaning services.
- Sales & Product Knowledge
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of jewellery types (gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, gemstones).
- Explain product features, certifications, warranties, and care instructions.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary items (watches, accessories).
- Store Operations
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining attractive displays.
- Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Security & Compliance
- Ensure jewellery is handled with care and security protocols are followed.
- Verify authenticity certificates and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets.
- Knowledge of jewellery trends, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle luxury items carefully.
Preferred Experience
- Prior retail or luxury sales experience (jewellery, watches, fashion).
- Familiarity with hallmarking, diamond grading, and certifications.
- Multilingual ability (advantage in diverse customer markets).
