Reports to Store Manager
Duties and responsibilities
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Retail outlet.
- You will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, Cashiering and Stock Management.
- Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Excellent communication Skill
- Ability to build report and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in the home decor or artisanal crafts industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
