Responsibilities:

-Greeting customers, providing an exceptional level of engagement,

and discovering furnishing needs and opportunities.

· Helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

· Maintaining and cultivating relationships with prospective clients and existing customers.

· Encouraging clients and to partake in our Interior Design Program.

· Assisting customers through the entire buying process-from purchase to delivery.

· Achieving and driving sales goals- monthly and yearly.

· Preserving the establish team environment.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

- One year of sales experience desired-retail sales preferred

- Ability to build and maintain relationships

- Passion for working with people

- Basic computer knowledge

- Coachable, self-motivated individual ready to learn and improve

- Quick to connect and strong understanding of the sales prosses

- This position requires work on weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
