The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for customers. They serve as the face of the store and help promote products, process transactions, and support daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current promotions, products, and store policies
• Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Participate in stock counts and inventory control Keep the store clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines
