What You’ll Do
- Lead brides through a personalized, high-touch shopping experience—from first try-on to confident purchase
- Build trust quickly, identify the bride’s vision, and recommend gowns and accessories that drive decisions
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Actively follow up with brides through daily outreach to convert appointments into sales
- Work collaboratively with the team to maximize sales opportunities and appointment flow
- Support in-store events, bridal shows, and promotional sales initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, shipping, and merchandising
- Maintain a polished, organized showroom that reflects the Winnie Couture brand
Who You Are
- Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in bridal or luxury fashion
- Confident communicator with strong closing instincts
- Motivated by goals, commission, and performance-based rewards
- Able to multitask and stay composed in a high-energy environment
- Team-oriented, positive, and professional
- Available to work weekends and holidays (required in bridal retail)
