Full Job Description

Vodafone Qatar is a leading provider of mobile and digital services. We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers in-store, provide product recommendations, and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and service inquiries
• Promote mobile plans, devices, and telecom services
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate records
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or electronics retail
• Familiarity with sales targets and KPIs
• Experience using POS systems
