About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, customer focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Theme Park Photo Experience team. In this exciting and fast-paced environment, you will help create unforgettable memories for guests by capturing their best moments and promoting our photo and souvenir products.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly engage with guests, capture their excitement, and promote photo packages and souvenir products.

Operate photo systems, kiosks, and POS terminals to help guests view, select, and purchase photos.

Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.

Achieve and exceed daily sales targets, conversion rates, and per-capita revenue goals.

Maintain product displays and ensure the retail area is clean, organized, and guest-ready.

Support peak hours, special events, and team activities to maximize sales and guest flow.

Gather guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the retail photo experience.

What We’re Looking For Ambitious:

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or theme park operations (preferred).

Comfortable with technology, photo equipment, and digital systems (training provided).

Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shift schedules.Passion for entertainment, photography, and delivering joyful guest experiences.
