Retail Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.

2. Up selling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.

3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

4. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

5. Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups.

6. Continuously improve through feedback

7. Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

8. Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

12th pass can apply/10th pass can apply.

Skills required: Team leader, Well – mannered, Good Communication, Good Learner

Experience: 2 to 4 years
