Retail Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth daily store operations. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and upselling / cross-selling products.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Maintain store display, merchandising, and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
• Support in inventory management and participate in stock counts.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and professional store environment.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share feedback with the manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience (FMCG, fashion, telecom, or luxury retail).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, Hindi/Urdu) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
