Job Description

Fintrek Marketing is looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives – Personal Loan to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell personal loan products to potential clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market activities.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan process.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in personal loan sales (UAE or home country).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Go-getter attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
