Retail Sales Executive - UAE Seafood Expert

East Fish Processing LLC in Ajman is a leading seafood supplier in the UAE, committed to delivering fresh and high-quality seafood products to our customers. We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive with strong experience in seafood to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to promote and sell seafood products.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, including sourcing, storage, and preparation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Ensure the retail area is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall store performance.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update management on customer trends and stock levels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in seafood sales in UAE retail or wholesale markets.
• Strong knowledge of seafood products, handling, and preservation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
