Role Overview
The Retail Sales Manager will lead and grow the retail sales vertical at Brik Oven – covering our range of products including breads, cheeses and more. This role will focus on expanding in-store and external sales channels, building strong retail partnerships, driving revenue, and ensuring a premium customer experience through excellent product representation and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Channel Development
Drive sales performance across Brik Oven’s retail network and partner outlets
Identify and develop new business opportunities in premium stores, cafes, gourmet markets, and online platforms
Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Partnerships & Account Management
Build and maintain relationships with key retail and distribution partners
Pitch Brik Oven’s product range to new retail partners and manage their onboarding
Act as a single point of contact for partner accounts – from setup to ongoing coordination
Inventory & Supply Coordination
Forecast and track demand across different retail partners
Coordinate with production and supply teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Minimize wastage and manage efficient product flow
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
Ensure all retail touchpoints reflect Brik Oven’s brand and product quality standards
Collaborate with marketing to execute product promotions, tastings, and seasonal campaigns
Collect market and customer feedback to influence improvements and new launches
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Track and analyze product-wise sales, market trends, and customer preferences
Share regular performance updates and insights with leadership
Maintain pricing integrity, product placement efficiency, and compliance with partner guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related fields
4–6 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in premium F&B, gourmet, or FMCG categories
Strong account management and business development experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying opportunities and solving challenges
Familiarity with reporting tools
Work Schedule
Full-time | 6 days/week | Flexibility to travel locally (inter-city & intra-city - as per the requirement) for partner meetings, store visits, and audits
