Position: Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Retail Manager to lead our laundry retail operations across multiple branches. This role combines hands-on management with strategic oversight, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and successful expansion into new locations.

Key Responsibilities: Retail Operations Oversight

  • Manage daily operations of all laundry retail outlets, ensuring smooth workflow and service consistency.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and product presentation.
  • Monitor store performance metrics including order volume, customer retention, and service turnaround.
  • Preparing and enhancing commissions schemes for all staffs.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise and support Customer service and front-line staff.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve service quality and operational knowledge.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
  • Preparing and implementing effective SOPs.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through promotions, loyalty programs, cross selling and upselling.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement service improvements.
  • Ensuring no pending payments across all the services levels.

Inventory & Resource Management

  • Oversee stock levels of detergents, packaging materials, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Implement cost control measures without compromising service quality.

Shop Expansion & New Launches

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on expansion strategy and location scouting.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new branches.
  • Lead setup, staffing, and operational readiness of new outlets.
  • Ensure brand consistency and operational integration across all locations.

Reporting & Strategic Planning

  • Prepare performance reports and branch-level KPIs.
  • Recommend operational improvements and growth strategies.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for retail operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or service operations, preferably in laundry or hospitality.
  • Proven leadership and multi-branch management experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in launching or scaling service outlets is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
