Retail Sales Officer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail, highly motivated, and has a strong sales orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and offer assistance with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to promote features and benefits.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, and ensure merchandise is well-presented.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with promotions, product launches, and industry trends.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock receiving, tagging, and pricing.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and in compliance with brand standards.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or degree in Sales or Business is a plus).
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales-driven with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Basic proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash or card payments.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a willingness to support all areas of the store as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
