Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Professionally present and sell products/services to both existing and potential customers using courteous and effective communication.

Promote additional products through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Work collaboratively with team members and coordinate with other departments to achieve sales goals.

Follow up on customer leads and inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.

Continuously enhance performance by adapting to constructive feedback and improving sales approaches.

Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Assess and understand customer preferences and requirements to offer tailored jewellery solutions

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales is preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Presentable personality and customer-focused attitude.

Basic knowledge of jewellery products and trends.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month
