About the Role!

This role is based at our mall booth and focuses on customer service, basic retail operations, and supporting both business and

individual customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all day-to-day booth operations
• Respond to inquiries from businesses inside Citystars Mall as well as external businesses using the PUDO service
• Manage business drop-offs, pickups, and cash-out transactions as needed
• Support new business sign-ups for Bosta services (no active sales pushing—assist walk-ins who express interest)
• Assist individual customers (C2C) by preparing their packages, including wrapping, attaching flyers, adding detailed address tags, and scheduling the pickup
• Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in clients
• Handle occasional cash-out or settlement processes with partner businesses
  
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Strong background in customer service
• Comfortable handling simple financial transactions and settlements
• Able to manage booth operations efficiently and maintain a professional, helpful attitude
