Role : Retail Leasing Specialist (Commercial & Malls)

Focus: Commercial Shops, Shopping Malls, & High-Street Retail

Job Purpose

We are seeking a high-performing Retail Leasing Specialist with an extensive, active network of retailers and brand managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy across our commercial portfolios and shopping centers by leveraging existing relationships with local and international brands. This role requires a "deal-maker" who understands the retail landscape and can match the right brand to the right location.

• Tenant Acquisition: Proactively reach out to a high-level network of retail brands, F&B groups, and franchisees to secure tenancies for commercial shops and mall spaces.
• Network Management: Maintain and expand a robust database of retail contacts, property consultants, and business owners.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead the end-to-end leasing process, from initial viewing and commercial negotiations (LOI) to the final execution of the Lease Agreement.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on retail trends, competitor mall activities, and emerging brands to keep the portfolio competitive.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on leasing progress, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management.
• Must have the experience purely in leasing of shops, malls etc.

Requirement :

• Minimum of 3–5 years in Retail/Commercial Leasing.
• A proven "little black book" of active contacts within major retail groups and independent brands.
• A documented track record of successfully leasing commercial shops and closing high-value deals.
• Deep understanding of UAE retail market dynamics and legal/leasing regulations.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. Must be fluent in English ,Malayalam, Hindi and Arabic or other languages are a plus).
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and results-oriented.
