Drive the store’s overall operational and commercial performance in line with business strategies and retail KPIs.
Monitor sales, manage inventory and Days of Stock (DOS), and ensure effective shrinkage control.
Oversee all store operations including expiry management, pricing updates, and documentation to ensure compliance with SOPs.
Ensure timely replenishment of store range and promotional stock using Retail Planning (RP) systems and manual replenishments.
Lead, supervise, and train store staff to ensure efficient deployment and optimal manpower utilization.
Maintain high standards in store ambiance, hygiene, merchandise display, and adherence to planograms.
Analyze operational reports and implement timely corrective actions to achieve sales, cost, inventory, and customer service goals.
Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Strategize for operational efficiency and continual improvement in line with company priorities.
