Retail Store Manager

Booktopia is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our children’s bookstore located in a major shopping mall. The ideal candidate has strong mall retail experience, excellent sales and team leadership skills, and a genuine passion for children’s books and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, and stock control.
• Manage and motivate the sales team for top performance.
• Coordinate with mall management and marketing teams for events and promotions.
• Organize reading sessions, school collaborations, and family engagement activities.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in mall-based retail management (bookstore, toy, or lifestyle preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Flexible to work weekends and mall event hours.

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE mall retail.
• Multilingual (English, Arabic, Hindi or Tagalog).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
