Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience in inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, ordering, and minimizing shrinkage (Mandatory skill).

Demonstrated expertise in profit and loss management, ensuring budget compliance and maximizing financial outcomes for the store (Mandatory skill).

Solid background in retail operations, encompassing day-to-day management of store activities, policies, and store performance metrics (Mandatory skill).

Strong customer service orientation, consistently ensuring high standards and quick resolution of customer queries or complaints.
