Retail Store Manager (Electronics/Stationery)

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee multiple store locations, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence across the assigned region.The role is responsible for managing store teams, optimizing product assortment, and ensuring effective execution of merchandising and commercial strategies

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Performance

  • Manage and oversee multiple retail stores within the assigned area
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs across all locations
  • Monitor store performance and implement improvement plans

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers
  • Ensure high performance, accountability, and engagement across teams
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and on-ground follow-ups

Merchandising & Product Selection

  • Oversee product selection and assortment within stores
  • Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising standards
  • Adapt product mix based on customer demand and sales trends

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels, availability, and stock turnover
  • Coordinate with supply chain to avoid shortages or overstock

Store Operations & Facilities

  • Ensure smooth daily store operations and compliance with standards
  • Manage store facilities, maintenance, and operational issue



Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in Retail Management
  • Experience in electronics or stationery retail.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stores (Area level)
  • Strong understanding of merchandising and product selection
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • KSA market knowledge is a strong advantage
