We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our premium jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a motivated team in delivering a luxurious shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive showroom sales through effective team leadership and customer engagement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and product knowledge.
- Handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
- Store Operations
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for replenishments.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store goals with brand strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery or fashion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, MS Excel, and inventory software.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and resolve customer concerns tactfully.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
