Retail Supervisor

Location: Oman

Shift: 12-Hour Duty

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our retail outlet. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining store standards, ensuring hygiene and quality compliance, and delivering excellent customer service. Experience in meat or frozen retail stores will be an added advantage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations during a 12-hour shift
• Supervise store staff, assign duties, and manage attendance
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, shrinkage, and wastage control
• Maintain attractive product displays and proper merchandising
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
• Ensure POS, cash handling, and billing procedures are accurate
• Prepare daily sales, stock, and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail / Store Supervisor
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and flexible retail schedules
• Meat or frozen retail store experience will be an added advantage
• Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred
