Role Summary

The Perfume Retail Supervisor oversees daily operations of Al Haramain Perfumes showrooms across Oman, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong sales performance, and consistent brand standards. This role manages showroom staff, monitors inventory, drives retail excellence, and ensures smooth coordination between outlets and the head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support multiple Al Haramain Perfumes showrooms across Oman, ensuring operational efficiency and brand compliance.
• Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff to achieve monthly sales targets and deliver premium customer service.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure accurate inventory management across all outlets.
• Conduct regular showroom visits to evaluate performance, merchandising standards, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and visual merchandising guidelines provided by the head office.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports, including sales, staff productivity, and operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and retail operational standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of showroom teams.
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams for smooth showroom operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail supervision, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and customer service.
• Ability to travel across Oman to supervise multiple showrooms.
• Proficiency in reporting, problem‑solving, and handling customer concerns.
• Pleasant personality with a passion for fragrances and luxury retail.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: RO450.000 - RO500.000 per month
