Retail Team Member

Team Ambassadors (this is our name for crew members) at our Pizitz Food Hall scoop shop have made over $16.00 an hour. (This is an hourly year-to-date average and includes both base pay and tips). The Spun Cow is searching for Ambassadors to join our Pizitz team.

As an Ambassador, you will: Serve the best ice cream, gain valuable real-world business and entrepreneurship experience, work in an environment oriented around serving and making people’s day, have opportunities for growth within a growing company, and receive competitive compensation.

Qualities of an Ice Cream Ambassador (also known as a scoop shop employee): Exhibit passion for community, an eye for detail, a willingness to clean, stamina (to serve people in long lines), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be familiar with (and be able to articulate to customers) what distinguishes The Spun Cow ice creams from other ice creams, and be able to articulate that to the 500th customer with the same care and presence as the 1st customer. Beavailable to work weekends, provide consistent world-class service to every single customer, be reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift. Be committed to the well-being of the shop, the community, and the environment.

Salary: base pay of $ 7.25 /hour plus tips to equal $12.00 -$15.00 an hour
