Position Overview
Tuckernuck is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Retention Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth Marketing Team. This role serves as the operational backbone of our customer retention efforts—ensuring campaigns, reporting, and assets are delivered with accuracy and efficiency. The Retention Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing the execution of our email, SMS, and loyalty programs. Success in this position requires strong organizational and project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to multiple initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative, bringing to life engaging, data-driven campaigns that connect with our audience, drive loyalty, and elevate the customer experience.
