Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the retired senior volunteer program.
Develops annual goals and objectives; plans new initiatives and expansion projects.
Maintains an accurate database of volunteers and host agencies.
Drafts correspondence.
Recruit’s volunteers and host sites
Assures reimbursement, volunteer time and attendance reports are processed monthly in a timely manner.
Accurately prepares and submits program and statistic reports as required by the funder.
Promotes RSVP in the community.
Oversees program budgets
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with volunteer programs.
Experience managing a programmatic budget
