Job Description:
Responsible for performing support work as it related to the member services retired department.

Duties include
  • Processing daily mailings to membership and managing related paperwork, data entry in the pension administration system, quality control of scanned documents, follow-up with members to provide requested information, and providing administrative support to the department.
  • Experience working across different computer systems and working independently
  • Administrative or customer service experience

Required Skills
  • 1 year of experience working in a professional setting, working across multiple computer systems, and working independently.
