Job Description:
Responsible for performing support work as it related to the member services retired department.
Duties include- Processing daily mailings to membership and managing related paperwork, data entry in the pension administration system, quality control of scanned documents, follow-up with members to provide requested information, and providing administrative support to the department.
- Experience working across different computer systems and working independently
- Administrative or customer service experience
