Retrofit Coordinator

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Retrofit Coordinator based in Pakistan to support our UK-based retrofit and energy efficiency projects. This is a remote position requiring full understanding and compliance with PAS 2035 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage domestic retrofit projects in compliance with PAS 2035 regulations
• Assess, plan, and coordinate retrofit measures based on property-specific needs
• Oversee the retrofit process from assessment to completion, ensuring quality and compliance
• Prepare Retrofit Assessment and Improvement Plans
• Liaise with UK-based stakeholders, including assessors, designers, and installers
• Ensure documentation is accurate and submitted through appropriate platforms

Requirements:

• Must hold a Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification (TrustMark or equivalent accreditation)
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of PAS 2035 framework
• Previous experience coordinating retrofit projects under UK regulations
• Familiarity with energy efficiency software tools and reporting platforms
• Excellent communication, project management, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
