Retro/Remodel Manager

Responsible for overseeing all aspects pertaining to Retro/Remodel sales and management of jobs.

Including but not limited to:

• All dealings with finding Residential-Remodel Work/Sales.
• Bidding work and following up on bids to get signed contracts
• Schedule work with subcontractors.
• Hire and manage subcontractors as needed.
• Discover equipment and materials needed for jobs.
• Submit purchase order requests to purchasing for all needed equipment and materials.
• Oversee Retro sales and assist as needed.
• Approving all Retro Sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
