Position Description
Position Title: Revenue Enablement Manager
Department: Sales
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia (on-site) preferred; Remote considered
Reports to: Senior Director of Enablement
Job Scope and Accountabilities:
As a key member of Kahua’s Enablement team, the Revenue Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and elevating learning experiences that empower our entire revenue organization to perform at their highest possible level. This role connects product knowledge, industry expertise, and enablement strategy to ensure every team can communicate value with confidence, navigate complex buying and adoption journeys, and drive growth across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Enablement Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the design and implementation of learning strategies and training programs for the Revenue Organization.
  • Translate GTM priorities into clear, actionable enablement programs that improve sales execution across both core and new products.
  • Apply frameworks, methodologies, and processes to deliver scalable, high-impact enablement programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify the highest-leverage enablement initiatives that will drive growth across the funnel.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant learning modules.
Content Development & Delivery
  • Design and build comprehensive learning paths and programs for Revenue Organization teams, focusing on both ever-boarding knowledge and advanced skill development.
  • Leverage various content formats (e.g., e-learning modules, videos, interactive exercises, workshops, guides) to cater to diverse learning styles.
Program Optimization & Engagement
  • Continuously refine enablement programs based on feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs.
  • Design and execute learner engagement initiatives including contests, leaderboards, badging, and gamification.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and learner outcomes to inform future iterations.
Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS/PaaS sales enablement with instructional design experience. Construction or construction software industry experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with video editing software (e.g., Canva, Synthesia, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience working within a content management system, preferably Highspot.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable sales content.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for enabling sales success.
Education & Professional Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
