Revenue Growth Lead (Global) – Revenue & Conversion Leadership - Bahrain Nationals


A scaling, consumer-facing platform with global demand has reached a critical growth point and is now strengthening its revenue operations from Bahrain. As Revenue Growth Lead, you’ll take full ownership of how enquiries convert into confirmed revenue, leading teams, processes, and systems that drive speed, trust, and consistent execution.


This role is based in Bahrain and acts as the global centre for revenue operations. Open to Bahraini nationals only.


The Role:

This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for the end-to-end revenue conversion engine. From first enquiry through confirmation and payment, you’ll ensure every interaction is actively managed and nothing is left to chance.


It’s a role that blends operational discipline with people leadership. You’ll be hands-on in shaping workflows, setting standards, and driving performance, while also building and leading teams that handle high-volume, high-touch customer journeys at scale.


What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the full lifecycle from inbound enquiry to confirmed payment.

• Driving revenue growth through faster response times and higher conversion rates.

• Leading teams responsible for counselling, support, booking progression, and chat.

• Ensuring every lead and booking is tracked, progressed, and closed with zero leakage.

• Owning digital and chat-based conversion channels with strict speed and quality benchmarks.

• Improving scripts, workflows, and playbooks across people and automation.

• Hiring, coaching, and managing fast-paced revenue and conversion teams.

• Setting clear SLAs, targets, incentives, and accountability frameworks.

• Strengthening CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and operational discipline.

• Working closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to improve conversion and payment flows.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 6–8 years’ experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success, or booking-led environments.

• Proven track record managing high-volume, high-touch conversion teams.

• Strong people leadership with a focus on pace, structure, and accountability.

• Experience working in time-sensitive, SLA-driven environments.

• Strong understanding of consultative, experience-led revenue models.

• Background in services, marketplaces, education, travel, or similar sectors preferred.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, chat tools, and operational dashboards.

• Exposure to automation or AI-supported workflows is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes end to end.
