Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for driving Solution Business growth through business development and sale of
Yokogawa solutions and services business to customers in the fastest growing MEANA subregion Africa region.
This is a sales and business leadership role with significant strategic and customer-facing activity that requires a
self-motivated individual with excellent leadership and people management experience as well as solid business,
industry, and sales knowledge. This role will be a key part of the senior leadership succession plan for the Africa
region. With the Africa business representing >10% of Yokogawa’s MENA solution business, the goal of the role is
to transform our operations and grow our solution business by 20% per year.
The position directly manages a small team of Solution Sales Account Executives. The individual will be indirectly
supported by local Sales Account Managers and a team of technical Solution Consultants and Services
Engineers. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Digital Enterprise Solution Business Unit.
