Sales Executive – Paint Division

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in the paint industry, specifically handling premium brands such as Jotun and Hempel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent client relationship skills, and in-depth product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Promote and sell decorative and protective coating solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in paint/coatings sales (Jotun / Hempel experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of decorative and industrial coatings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Valid driving license (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Pay: BD250.000 - BD700.000 per month
