Revenue Management Cycle Medical Biller (USA Healthcare)

Position: Medical Biller

Type: Full-Time / On-site

Location: Karachi

Start Date: ASAP on an urgent basis

Key Responsibilities:

Submit and follow up on insurance claims (both EDI and paper, where applicable)

Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility

Manage aging reports and denials

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements

Work closely with providers and staff to resolve billing issues

Requirements:

1-2+ years of medical billing experience

Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifiers

Experience with billing software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

Preferred:

Experience with specialty billing (e.g., chiropractic, behavioral health, physical therapy, etc.)

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines.
