Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Marketing Manager to lead Recast Software’s regional go-to-market execution across the Middle East & Africa. This is a strategic yet hands-on full-time remote role — ideal for someone who thrives in scaling high-growth software brands and enjoys blending creativity, analytics, and commercial impact.

As part of RidgePoint, Recast Software’s exclusive Master Distributor for MEA, you’ll play a central role in building the regional pipeline engine — driving awareness, engagement, and revenue acceleration across enterprise and public-sector markets.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies that align with sales and partner objectives.

Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, paid media, ABM, email, webinars) to generate qualified pipeline.

Collaborate with RidgePoint and Recast leadership to design regional GTM plays and messaging.

Manage co-marketing and MDF-funded campaigns with Recast, VARs and Strategic partners.

Plan and execute events and webinars (e.g., GITEX, LEAP, regional roadshows).

Oversee content creation and localization for Arabic-speaking audiences.

Measure and report on marketing performance, attribution, and ROI using HubSpot, etc..

Ensure brand alignment and compliance with Recast Software’s global guidelines.


Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, endpoint management, or IT infrastructure.
  • Proven success in demand generation and pipeline marketing — not just awareness.
  • Expertise with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to link campaigns directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, and manage time effectively
