Revit Architect / BIM Architect – Architecture & Landscape

Role Overview

iRivet is seeking a motivated BIM Architect / Revit Architect to support the development of coordinated BIM models and construction documentation for large-scale architectural and landscape projects in the UAE.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal BIM teams and project stakeholders to produce high-quality Revit models, coordinated shop drawings, and construction-ready documentation aligned with project BIM standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LOD 300–400 Revit models for Architectural and Landscape scope.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules for construction documentation.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
• Implement mark-ups and updates from BIM coordination meetings.
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project BIM standards.
• Collaborate with Structure, MEP, and Landscape teams for coordinated project delivery.
• Follow project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ISO 19650 information management workflows.
• Assist in maintaining organized model data, naming conventions, and drawing standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience working on architectural or landscape construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Landscape modeling).
• Experience in producing architectural or landscape shop drawings.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Must be currently based in UAE / Dubai.
• Contractor-side or site experience will be considered an advantage.
• Revit Essentials Training is mandatory.
• Autodesk Revit Professional Certification is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
